The Account Director will lead strategic customer engagement, drive new business acquisition, and expand key account relationships across commercial, government, and international markets. This role requires deep familiarity with communications ground segment technologies, including multi propagation RF systems high-power amplifiers (HPAs), solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs), frequency conversion, and system integration. The ideal candidate will combine technical fluency with a proven ability to identify opportunities, structure winning pursuits, and build long-term partnerships. They will grow the business by identifying, developing and capturing new opportunities.
