The Account Director serves as a strategic business leader responsible for managing and growing enterprise retailer partnerships across Inmar’s incentive, media and marketing solutions portfolio. This role is focused on driving measurable client outcomes across a retailer portfolio, expanding strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring exceptional execution across complex cross-functional initiatives. It includes working closely with Customer Success colleagues who execute the work and help drive implementation, adoption and the maturity model for our solutions. Seamless collaboration with these teams and cross-functional customer-facing leaders (incentives, media, loyalty and data) will be key. The ideal candidate combines deep retail, media, shopper marketing and CPG expertise with strong consultative selling, client leadership, and collaborative team-based business development capabilities.
