The Account Director, Organic Media, will spearhead organic social and influencer marketing, focusing on how brands earn attention through always-on content, creator partnerships, and community engagement strategies that build relevance and loyalty. This role requires a strong understanding of organic social as the core of a brand's identity and involves scaling the organic discipline through creator-led strategies, cultural moments, and platform-native content, bridging high-level brand strategy with execution and collaborating with paid media teams.
