About The Position

Join an exciting new delivery program launching in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. As an ADE, you’ll take the lead in building partnerships with local businesses, helping them join an innovative Hub delivery network. This is a high-impact, field-based role with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (field sales a plus)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish or Somali) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage local businesses through in-person outreach (within a 2-hour radius)
  • Pitch the program and drive new partner applications
  • Qualify leads and manage your pipeline in Salesforce
  • Support local events (lunch & learns, town halls) with your Field Manager
  • Build relationships with community organizations (chambers, associations)
