Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale client delivery engagements
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing complex programs and distributed teams
• Track record of driving business value and customer success
• Passion for leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Transformation trends

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across strategic client engagements
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
• Drive operational excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Manage and mentor high-performing delivery teams
• Partner with sales and account leaders to support growth initiatives
• Ensure successful execution of transformation and technology programs
• Drive business value through AI-enabled solutions and innovation
