Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale client delivery engagements
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing complex programs and distributed teams
- Track record of driving business value and customer success
- Passion for leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Transformation trends
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across strategic client engagements
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
- Drive operational excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Manage and mentor high-performing delivery teams
- Partner with sales and account leaders to support growth initiatives
- Ensure successful execution of transformation and technology programs
- Drive business value through AI-enabled solutions and innovation
