About The Position

The Account Coordinator plays a foundational role in supporting account management across a dynamic, high-profile client engagement. This position is responsible for ensuring strong day-to-day operations, organization, and execution across projects – helping the team deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full advertising process, with opportunities to contribute across integrated workstreams including creative, production, and experiential, within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of advertising, marketing, and creative processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude with initiative to take on challenges
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and cultural relevance
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn all aspects of the advertising business
  • Interest in or exposure to experiential marketing, events, or brand activations
  • Basic understanding of PR functions including media relations and coverage tracking is a plus
  • Appreciation for automotive and/or luxury brands and high-touch customer experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Agency experience is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Responsibilities

  • Support client team in day-to-day client management activities
  • Coordinate project timelines, creative deliverables, and internal review processes working closely with Project Management where possible
  • Prepare client-facing materials including status reports, meeting agendas, and presentations
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation in agency management systems
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the team
  • Help track competitive activity and identify industry trends
  • Assist with developing client presentations and other presentation materials
  • Support the activation process by coordinating schedules and deliverables
  • Help monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytics reports
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business, industry, and marketing objectives
  • Anticipate client and team needs to proactively address potential issues
  • Maintain and uphold “brilliant basics” across all account operations - ensuring organization, accuracy, and follow-through across deliverables
  • Support planning and execution of experiential activations, including events, partnerships, and large-scale brand moments (e.g., automotive and luxury lifestyle events)
  • Assist in managing event logistics including timelines, vendor coordination, run-of-show documents, and on-site support as needed
