About The Position

Berlin Packaging is seeking an Account Coordinator who performs a myriad of tasks related to account and project management, customer relations, data analytics, inventory, and accounts receivable analysis. This role will work alongside other departments within Berlin to manage account onboarding and maintenance, product sourcing, pricing initiatives, purchase orders, contracts, transportation, receiving, inventory, stocking agreements, local marketing endeavors, and profit analysis. The Account Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service, process customer orders, and act as a liaison between Berlin Packaging employees and its customers. They will review, track, and manage all internal activities from order placement through delivery, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role serves as a project manager for new customer launches, managing multiple SKUs and coordinating with sales and supply chain to ensure products are delivered on time and within specification. The Account Coordinator will process customer invoices, conduct soft collections, maintain and update sales records and customer information within the CRM tool, and prepare and review reports as required. They will partner with sales to develop pricing and send customer quotes, ensuring accurate pricing, and partner with sales, supply chain, and/or global teams to source product, communicating with suppliers to submit orders, check pricing, item availability, and shipping. Coordination with internal stakeholders including sales, supply chain, warehouse, and corporate groups is essential to service the customer and deliver branch metrics. Wellness calls will be conducted to understand customer needs and develop action plans to improve service levels. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in an account support role, with a customer centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with limited guidance and direction.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn.
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
