About The Position

The Account Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that clients receive the service agreed to as stipulated in contract. The Account Coordinator will establish and nurture an ongoing productive relationship with the client’s representative, ensuring that lines of communication are established and continuously open.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years in a physical security environment.
  • Time Management skills
  • Professional and self motivated.
  • Superior customer service / interpersonal skills
  • Superior communication skills (verbal / written)
  • Able to work in a team environment or independently as required.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to prioritize job functions under stressful circumstances.
  • Commitment to continued learning.

Nice To Haves

  • A diploma from a recognized institution in Security technology or equivalent would be an asset.
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Working as a client liaison
  • Regular communication with on-site security personnel
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Will be responsible for maintain the site schedule – including but not limited to ensuring all site shifts are filed
  • Tracking and coordinating staff training
  • Attend security and safety meetings on site
  • Answers directly to a Senior Account Manager
  • Weekly site visits
