About The Position

Atrium is seeking a passionate and motivated MSP Account Coordinator. This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. The Account Coordinator will manage multiple HR processes with a focus on problem diagnosis, resolution, and compliance, assisting the MSP Account Manager and the extended Atrium Team in carrying out all facets of the client MSP Program.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Hiring Managers and Staffing Suppliers during all stages of the contingent labor hiring and engagement process, including job postings, resume review and delivery, interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, invoicing, and offboarding.
  • Receive and create new requisition requests using the client VMS tool, ensuring accuracy of electronic records and fields.
  • Assist Associates with onboarding.
  • Monitor and update temporary worker assignment start/end dates and engagement details in the client VMS and Atrium’s system of record.
  • Participate in Client calls related to various Program engagement requests.
  • Communicate with Staffing Suppliers to review Client requisitions, provide feedback, ensure Program adherence, and execute onboarding tasks.
  • Respond to all correspondence in a timely manner according to Program SLAs.
  • Interact and coordinate with the MSP Account Manager and internal team to communicate questions and provide updates on requisition activity.
  • Troubleshoot and help solve onboarding-related concerns or billing discrepancies with assistance from the MSP Account Manager.
  • Document all client-reported issues and track resolution to completion.
  • Participate in Program planning and attend weekly and monthly client and Staffing Supplier status calls.
  • Perform other projects or tasks as directed by your manager.
