About The Position

This remote contractor position covers for an employee during maternity leave. The role is expected to start in January 2026 and last around 4–5 months. The Account Coordinator will support Amazon account management and the direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, including forecasting, promotions, inventory, reporting, paid media, and resolving ad hoc Amazon issues. Experience with Amazon is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication and account activities with Amazon.
• Update Amazon and DTC forecasts.
• Oversee first-half promotions, including deal submission, budget and suppression management, and performance tracking.
• Manage Amazon inventory and pitch purchase order overrides.
• Update trackers, including POS, Nielsen POS files, MBRs, QBRs, and WOS.
• Assist with Amazon paid media, including asset creation and overseeing JD.
• Resolve ad hoc Amazon issues as they arise.
• Oversee the DTC business.
