About The Position

85SIXTY is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their growing team. This individual will value effective process management, strong communication skills, and will be closely aligned with other team members and cross-functional groups. In this position, you will support the account management / account strategy team and interface with both clients and the teams within the agency. 85SIXTY is looking for a candidate who is passionate about the ecommerce and hospitality space. Ideal work experience would include at least 1 year in an account, brand, or project coordinator role. As an Account Coordinator, it will be important to support strategic alignment across activation plans as well as execute the day to day management of tasks on key accounts. You will need to gain an understanding of your clients’ businesses in order to ensure the work being produced is aligned with the client’s KPIs and driving results. Within this mindset, you will need to be able to stay organized, leverage the resources available to you, build solid client and team relationships and be ever cognizant of the client's needs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year in an account, brand, or project coordinator role
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned account management duties and drive established goals forward; function as a key member of the team
  • Maintain a proactive, collaborative and positive attitude at all times
  • Familiarity with digital advertising terminology and process
  • Highly proficient in Google Slides and Sheets
  • Self-starter, proactive, deadline driven, hands on team player

Nice To Haves

  • Agency or start up experience in fields related to travel brand marketing, wellness, eCommerce, etc, in the role of Account Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar
  • Familiarity using Basecamp, Hive, Jira, or other online project management tools
  • Passion for lifestyle brands, travel, and the outdoors as these are the types of clients with whom you would work

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted and collaborative team member; provide proactive updates on account status and tasks
  • Support the Account team with client reporting and communication including day to day account updates, project briefs, roadmap planning, as well as attending weekly status calls, monthly performance presentations and in-person QBRs
  • Assign out appropriate tasks and work with the cross-functional team members to ensure all projects get delivered on-time, reporting progress to the Account Director
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure all ads are trafficked correctly and reviewed in detail before sending
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure creative deliverables are met and well executed on
  • Assist with various other project coordination tasks as needed
