About The Position

The Junior Associate, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of targeted ABM programs across global markets, including North America, Latin America, APAC, and EMEA. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is eager to build expertise in strategic account engagement while contributing to high-impact, data-driven campaigns. Working closely with sales, field marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will help bring personalized marketing strategies to life for both prospective and existing clients. The role blends analytical thinking with hands-on execution, offering exposure to enterprise-level marketing programs and global collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, or field marketing
  • Foundational understanding of ABM frameworks, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many approaches
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce for campaign tracking, reporting, and pipeline analysis
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort collaborating directly with sales and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools such as ZoomInfo, intent data platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of ABM campaigns across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many segments, aligned to regional and global priorities
  • Partner with sales and account teams to deliver targeted outreach strategies for new logo acquisition and client expansion
  • Analyze campaign performance, engagement data, and pipeline metrics to identify insights and recommend optimizations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including demand generation, digital, content, and operations) to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
  • Assist in managing campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Leverage ABM and marketing technology platforms to execute and track campaign performance
  • Continuously build knowledge of ABM strategies, tools, and best practices
