About The Position
The Account Associate, Commercial Lines supports assigned Account Managers and their book of business by managing policies, account changes, renewals, and rating, as well as providing support in other agency areas as instructed. The position is based in the Houston office and is hybrid after a training period of 3–6 months, with three days in the office and two days remote each week.
Requirements
- Acquiring state licensing once hired.
- Passion and dedication for continued learning.
- Foundational understanding of Microsoft Office and comfort with modern technology.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in and currently reside in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process and review policies, and issue endorsements and invoices for the team.
- Process certificates of insurance to support clients’ ongoing operations.
- Assist Account Managers with system updates and client support as needed.
- Stay informed about company and industry procedures.
- Regularly document activities and correspondence.
