About The Position

NineTwoThree AI Studio is a remote-first product design, engineering, and marketing studio founded in 2012 and based in Boston. They build AI-powered web and mobile apps for big brands and fast-moving startups. The Account Manager for the Automation Team acts as the primary customer advocate, ensuring clients receive maximum value from their engagement and serving as the main escalation point for project decisions. This role involves Solutions Engineering & Sales, Account Management & Pipeline Hygiene, and Operational Excellence.

Requirements

  • Main escalation point for project decisions.
  • Strategic Lead Management: Orchestrate outreach and segmentation of lead flow to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Discovery & Technical Scoping: Prepare and conduct discovery calls to translate business problems into AI-driven technical requirements.
  • AI Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate client data and objectives for technical and economic viability.
  • Rapid Validation Sprints (RVS): Lead transition of projects into 2-week "stress tests".
  • SOW & Proposal Drafting: Draft Statements of Work in PandaDoc.
  • HubSpot Mastery: Manage leads, follow up, and maintain accuracy on HubSpot Kanban board.
  • Client Relationship Leadership: Sole point of contact for client communications, providing weekly updates and managing expectations.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Book 30-90 day roadmaps for contracted clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use AI call-scoring system for quality assurance.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize Monday.com for task organization.
  • HubSpot Automation: Assist in creating workflows and automations.
  • Claude Code: Utilize Claude code for automations and workflow simplification.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the outreach and segmentation of our existing lead flow to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct discovery calls that translate vague business problems into specific AI-driven technical requirements.
  • Evaluate client data and objectives to determine if a solution is both technically possible and economically viable before the proposal stage.
  • Lead the transition of projects from initial interest into high-velocity 2-week "stress tests" to prove technical viability.
  • Draft detailed Statements of Work in PandaDoc that define clear milestones, technical deliverables, and success metrics for AI implementations.
  • Manage all leads, follow up 3+ times, and maintain daily accuracy on the HubSpot Kanban board.
  • Serve as the sole point of contact for all client communications, providing weekly updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Help clients look beyond current projects to book out 30-90 day roadmaps for every client under contract, ensuring continuous value delivery.
  • Use our automated AI call-scoring system to ensure every interaction meets NineTwoThree’s high standards for strategic alignment and relationship building.
  • Utilize Monday.com to organize tasks, sprints, and timelines across Action Item, Deliverable, and Development boards.
  • Assist in creating HubSpot workflows, automations, and managing platform settings to optimize the sales process.
  • Utilize Claude code for automations and workflow simplification.
