Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of studies, preferably in Business Administration.
3 years of experience in collections, telemarketing, or telephone customer service.
Dynamism

Responsibilities

Performs internal collection efforts on delinquent customer accounts via telephone, using predictive dialing.
Offers potential solutions that are satisfactory to both the client and the company, in compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
