About The Position

The World Economic Forum is seeking an Account Analyst, Communications and Technology to support Account Managers in enhancing engagement with Partner organizations and improving partner experience across Forum activities. This role focuses on business engagement operations, facilitating efficient day-to-day business administration with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and data quality. The Account Analyst will interact with Account Managers and various other teams, including Contract Management, Industry, Centre, and Government engagement groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Management or another relevant field.
  • 2+ years of full-time experience in a business development or relationship management role in a fast-changing professional environment.
  • Working knowledge and experience of sales cycle management, account management, or market research is a must.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners.
  • Excellent organizational, project and time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with and manage expectations of senior stakeholders.
  • Agile team player who enjoys working in a highly collaborative, culturally diverse, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Responsible, independent, and self-driven with a learning mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in working with MS Office.
  • Proficient in working with Salesforce preferred.

  • Experience with other CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in working with AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of Chat GPT and Slack.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and deliver onboarding for Partners in collaboration with Account Managers, including preparing agendas, coordinating internally, preparing documents/presentations, supporting logistics, and introducing digital tools.
  • Track registrations for the team, provide status overviews, support registration and event-related queries, conduct initial account checks, collate nominations for communities, and assist in scheduling bilateral meetings and building briefing documents.
  • Maintain accurate account data for the portfolio, liaise with Business Services to address Salesforce issues, and ensure efficient deployment of digital tools within the team.
  • Manage contracts and invoices accurately and timely in compliance with internal policies, liaise with Finance and Accounts Receivables to reduce billing errors, manage invoice delivery, corrections, track overdue invoices, and work with Account Managers to reduce receivables.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support, manage team meeting operations, support planning and execution of special projects, track timelines and milestones, and monitor industry developments, media reports, and policy changes.
