About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring now for an Accessory Storekeeper Inventory position in Sunnyvale, TX. This role involves receiving, counting, and recording incoming stock, organizing inventory storage, conducting physical inventory counts, performing data entry, labeling and tracking items, assisting with audits, and inspecting products for damage. The position requires basic computer skills, good organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The role also includes pulling, labeling, and shipping accessory items, maintaining the cleanliness of the accessory room, and performing cycle counts. The ability to read and write English and work in a non-climate-controlled environment is necessary.

Requirements

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software or scanners.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Receive, count, and record incoming stock and materials.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure easy access and accuracy.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Perform data entry on spreadsheets to ensure proper inventory count.
Label, tag, and track items to maintain proper identification.
Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory adjustments as required.
Inspect products for damage, defects, or expiration and report issues to supervisors.
Pull, label and ship accessory items for orders.
Keep the accessory room clean and well organized.
Do cycle counts/ inventory.
