About The Position

Lifeway is hiring an Accessibility Installation Technician in Louisville, Kentucky. The technician installs and services accessibility solutions, including wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and ceiling lifts, helping customers maintain independence and mobility. Work begins with picking up and loading a company vehicle at the company location each morning. The technician may work independently or with a two-person team, and jobs can last from a few hours to a few days. Overnight travel is not required. Requirements

Experience using hand and power tools.
Basic computer skills for work orders and inventory.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record check.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle to job sites.
Ability to lift 75 pounds or more and work overhead for short periods.
Comfort working indoors and outdoors year-round.
Ability to climb ladders, crouch, and occasionally work in confined spaces and at heights.

Nice To Haves

Background in construction, carpentry, HVAC, solar, or other installation or service trades.

Responsibilities
