Under the general supervision of the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Academic Technology and the lead of the Accessibility Program Manager, Universal Design Center (UDC), the Accessibility Compliance Analyst evaluates technology purchases, addresses accessibility risks, supports campus initiatives, delivers training, and contributes to outreach efforts. The incumbent works closely with departments and vendors to improve accessibility practices, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote inclusive technology solutions across the institution. Reviews information technology purchase requests to identify the campus impact and legal vulnerability. Serves as a liaison to vendors as their products undergo evaluation. Serves as a resource for staff, faculty, and/or students on accessibility-related inquiries and concerns. Provides training in a variety of modalities (online, video, live workshops) to staff and faculty on accessible principles, techniques, and assistive technologies. Analyzes purchase data; recommends changes and enhancements to procurement processes. Performs other duties as assigned.
