About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to support a program that strengthens and uplifts the Client organization. Please note that this position has specific training requirements. You will be required to attend and successfully complete the necessary job training. Additionally, you may need to complete further training as a condition of your continued employment. Failure to successfully complete the required training courses according to Constellis or Client standards and policies may result in demotion or separation, based on management’s discretion and appropriate procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Males born after December 31, 1959, must be registered with the Selective Service.
  • Must have primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years.
  • Individuals are required to have physically resided in the United States or its protectorates (as recognized under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States via E-Verify.
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Must be able to receive a Secret security clearance.
  • Three (3) years of specialized experience performing duties such as: Sworn Federal, State, Local or Tribal law enforcement, Security Director, or comparable, responsible for complex security monitoring environments, Military service, with honorable discharge, Emergency Management leadership roles.
  • Applying analytical concepts and methodologies to execute Intelligence Indications & Warnings Watch standard operating procedures, performing complex preliminary analysis, administrative reporting, and database checks.
  • Coordinating intelligence gathering and analytical concepts, principles, methods, and techniques to analyze and provide guidance on in-depth, raw, and finished intelligence reports to assess if they meet an organization’s intelligence requirements.
  • Collecting, recording, and analyzing data/information to conduct intelligence database checks in support of an agency's incident response and undertaking preliminary research and analysis to understand potential threats to transportation.
  • Interpreting laws and regulations from the federal, state, and local agencies related to threats of violence and inappropriate communications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Shift Supervisor for the Access Security Operations Center, providing supervisory and operational support to the ASOC Manager and ASOC Operators.
  • Collaborate with fellow ASOC personnel and other professionals to ensure the proper collection of PII, processing of information, and clearance of individuals requiring access to Client properties and systems.
  • Handling of priority response to alarms and suspicious behavior as related to corporate assets in coordination with the Joint Security Operations Center (JSOC). This includes a thorough understanding of access control systems, facility layouts, emergency response protocols, as well as situational awareness across the operating domain. You must also demonstrate the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple locations.
  • Ensure timely and relevant information is handled and reported appropriately.
  • Possess a generalized knowledge of Access Security Operations Center functions, including technical expertise in camera and alarm system operations.
  • Execute the operational protective mission for the Client by ensuring access control protocols and processes are followed while also recommending procedural and technical improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks to both members and the corporation.
  • Work under the direction of the ASOC Manager and be able to understand, explain, and guide others in executing the Access Security Operations Center mission.
  • Oversee preliminary analyses, administrative reporting, database checks, and other assigned tasks to support the Client’s security and protective mission.
  • Conduct, or oversee others in conducting, database checks to support the organization’s access control validation and accreditation processes and incident response.
  • Established policies and procedures will guide most assignments, but you will have discretion to select the most appropriate approach or recommend new strategies.
  • Provide quality control for the work of others as necessary. Your work will be reviewed periodically, typically at major milestones and upon completion, to ensure technical compliance and alignment with project requirements or other work activities.
