About The Position

At Franciscan, the Access Optimization Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information related to Access Optimization. In this role you will provide maintenance and auditing of providers' templates, schedules, scheduling instructions, and message management. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives by providing innovative ideas and solutions. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Act as the liaison between clinic managers and Epic Cadence and Ambulatory teams to ensure communication is accurate related to the requested change or provider build requests. Acs as the liaison between the Contact Center and the clinic staff to ensure communication is standardized regarding scheduling changes and new scheduling guidelines. Arranges for new provider schedule builds and termination of providers to assist with scheduling accuracy, decrease scheduling errors, and data accuracy. Work with Epic Cadence/Radiant/Other teams to ensure providers or resources are assigned the correct visit types for their practice so reports and dashboards show accurate data. Optimize the automation of provider changes form to clinic managers to increase ease of communication and accessibility.

Requirements

  • Diploma GED or high school diploma
  • 2 years Working in a Healthcare Clinic Setting
  • 2 years Experience with Epic Cadence, Radiant or Ambulatory modules required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Related field or equivalent combination of education or related experience
  • Associate's Degree Related field or equivalent combination of education or related experience
  • Epic-Cadence - EPIC Certificate
