About The Position

Issue access control media in accordance with 49 CFR 1542 requirements and TSA directives. Maintain files and reports and collect appropriate fees. Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume, high-stress office environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, high-stress environment
• Familiarity with 49 CFR 1542 requirements and TSA directives (preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in access control or a related field
• Experience with fee collection and record keeping
