The Access Control Officer is an on-the-ground, field-based role supporting smooth operations and workflows at customer construction sites. The position works in person at one or more Sitemetric jobsites in the local area and works directly with senior leadership and teams across the organization. Travel throughout the United States may be required. The officer manages worker registration and badging, verifies credentials and badge scans for people entering the site, maintains accurate worker headcount records, and supports site access requirements. The role also includes managing parking, visitors, and deliveries; maintaining related documentation and logs; troubleshooting technology; and providing other access-control support as needed. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, a proactive approach, adaptability, and a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond the routine role to support customers and site safety, security, and success. Field-based roles follow a shift-based schedule. Shift times may fluctuate or change in response to customer needs, jobsite requirements, and project schedules, so flexibility in work hours is required. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 1 PM to 5 PM, in Pennsylvania. Sitemetric provides technology-enabled services for construction operations, including workforce, safety, security, reporting, communications, and logistics. The company works with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to tailor services such as digital onboarding, smart badging, real-time location systems, messaging, integrated turnstiles, real-time reporting, and emergency mustering.
