The Access and Reimbursement Manager is a customer-facing role responsible for leading access strategies and account support across assigned healthcare accounts and therapeutic areas in an island-wide assignment. This role builds strong relationships with internal customers and external customers, including healthcare providers, office staff, pharmacies, hospitals, and other stakeholders, to support appropriate patient access to BMS products. The ARM educates HCPs and their staff on patient support programs with a focus on access and reimbursement, and serves as a subject matter expert on payer policy, formulary status, coverage criteria, coding, billing, reimbursement, and affordability in a compliant and efficient manner.
