The Academy Leader has direct responsibility for leading and supporting a team of Academy Managers that support new to role associates throughout their Onboarding, In Role Development, Mastery, Specialty, and Workforce Development programs. Identifies and implements strategies that are directly linked to organization and business goals by establishing and maintaining partnerships with Regional leader, key business partners, Site leaders and SMEs to identify and drive performance. Will identify opportunities for improvement, conduct analyses to determine root causes, propose solutions, lead projects, implement solutions and assess impact. Responsible for driving overall effectiveness, turnover, quality and client care metrics for the line of business. In addition, will drive associate productivity, and proficiency for the sites in scope, focused on engagement. This position leads the delivery and continuous improvement of Global Technology Academy programs across Early Talent, Technology Leader and Manager programs, & Risk Bootcamp. Owns program execution frameworks, ensures consistent high-quality participant experiences, and drives alignment with business priorities through strong stakeholder partnership and governance. This position will also vertically support specific Global Technology sub lines-of-business through relationship & delivery management of approved learning needs, supporting workforce development strategy for Global Technology.
