This job is responsible for leading a team who support the successful design, financial management and administration of mid-size to large-scale products and programs, ensuring the end-to-end completeness of all outputs. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of Enablement consultants, collaborating across the organization to align efforts and achieve results, and driving engagement and adoption of horizontal Academy tools, processes, and deliverables. Job expectations include managing project resourcing and learning plan budgets. This role will directly support Onboarding and Immersive Learning Capabilities across The Academy. This job is responsible for leading and supporting scalable, complex learning initiatives that impact enterprise audiences and/or meet Line of Business specific learning objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying strategic opportunities to improve learner outcomes, supporting technology-enabled learning environments, enabling learning solutions, and partnering with internal and external third parties to deliver scalable learning experiences. Job expectations include managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, consulting, influencing across teams, enabling third party solutions, and contributing to the evolution of immersive learning and onboarding capabilities.
