About The Position
KidStrong is looking for amazing Academy coaches to work with children aged 4-11 years old. Our 'Academy' sessions are held on weekdays when schools are not in session, such as winter break, spring break, summer break, and some holidays, with hours from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. This role is ideal for individuals seeking seasonal work, like teachers or college students. KidStrong is a private child development training center that focuses on Brain, Physical, and Character Development for children from walking age through 11 years old, utilizing a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and delivered by professionals.
Requirements
- Experience working with students within the KidStrong age range (4 years- 11 years old).
- Able and willing to work in a fun, fast paced environment.
- Experience talking to and educating parents.
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
- CPR certified (resources can be provided).
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.
