About The Position

MDRT is seeking an Academy Administrative Assistant who will provide essential operational, administrative and member support to ensure a seamless experience for Academy members, sponsors and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support member communications and inquiries
  • Coordinate administrative processes and day-to-day operations
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and records
  • Manage data and systems with accuracy and care
  • Assist with events, webinars, and committee support
  • Handle shipping, inventory, and fulfillment
  • Provide financial and enrollment support
