Arizona State University
•$46,300 - $52,000

About The Position

Arizona State University's Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation seeks a collaborative, student-centered Academic Success Advisor to help learners navigate their education and achieve academic, professional, and personal goals. Advising extends beyond course selection and degree planning: advisors connect students with people, resources, experiences, and opportunities that support persistence, belonging, and career readiness. The position is part of a multidisciplinary “superteam” organized around student populations and academic pathways. The team coordinates student-centered support and shares responsibility for student success, drawing on expertise across advising, student support, career development, field experiences, enrollment services, and academic programs. The advisor serves education majors, including students pursuing multiple majors, minors, graduate programs, and certificates, across campus immersion and online modalities. The college operates on the Tempe and West Valley campuses. The position is primarily based at the West Valley campus, with occasional travel to other ASU campuses. Campus assignment will be confirmed at employment based on department needs and the candidate. ASU's MLFC supports flexible work options for certain positions, including alternate work schedules and hybrid remote arrangements, subject to approval under ASU policy.
