We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated full-time Academic Specialist to join our team at our Fairfield, CA, location. Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail, creative-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and works well with limited direction.
  • Organized with ability to follow-up on and manage details.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience working as a program assistant in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience completing one of CALRegional programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Correspond with upper management regarding the goals and objectives of the Academic Department
  • Assist the Academic Manager with the company student sponsorship process as needed
  • Create student badges and administer them accordingly
  • Acting liaison between sponsorship partners, students, and Academic Management
  • Help facilitate internal and external communications between multiple departments
  • Other duties as assigned by the Academic Manager and the Vice President of Academics
