About The Position

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Academic Reconstructive Urologist to join their growing team in Worcester, MA. This role is part of an established and growing urology program with a strong academic affiliation to UMass Chan Medical School. The position offers the opportunity to develop and grow a reconstructive urology practice, focusing on upper and lower tract surgery, urethral reconstruction, voiding dysfunction, and complex pelvic/urinary tract reconstruction. The role includes access to advanced surgical technology, teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, a strong referral base, and a diverse case mix. Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
• Fellowship training in Reconstructive Urology
• Must hold MD or DO degree
• Qualify for a Massachusetts license

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow reconstructive urology practice, including upper and lower tract surgery with a focus on urethral reconstruction, voiding dysfunction, and complex pelvic/urinary tract reconstruction.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotics.
• Teach medical students and residents.
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered care environment.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
