About The Position

Key Program seeks a Residential Program Manager (Program Supervisor) for their DCF Residence program serving up to nine (9) adolescents. Manage the day-to-day operations of the program and maintain a structured, therapeutic, and trauma sensitive environment where youths can thrive. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services related field is required
  • One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in a residential setting.
  • A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment.

  • Master’s degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all areas of the residential program’s administration, youth and family services, and staff professional development and training
  • Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care.
  • Promote trauma-informed and person-centered philosophies within the program to promote emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being of children/youth.
  • Ensure youths receive quality services that comply with DEEC regulations and CARF accreditation standards
  • Participate in regional on-call rotation with administrative/supervisory/clinical team.
