About The Position

Provide leadership and curricular oversight of the implementation of new programs of study for Teaching and Learning. Serves as liaison between Program Leaders and Registrar. Leads course planning and scheduling in consultation with Program Leaders and Administration. Plans and develops orientation sessions. Oversees and organizes data analysis reports for the Department. Manages onboarding of adjunct and supervising faculty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years relevant professional level experience or combination of education and experience.
• Experience with overseeing course scheduling and working with faculty.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal, written communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to interact with a diverse population.
• Familiarity with course scheduling systems, Google Suite, and spreadsheets including intermediate data analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree
• Experience with data analysis software, including UDW+ and Excel.
• Familiarity with SIS and CLSS systems.
