This position will operate out of the University of Florida main campus in Gainesville at the Levin College of Law. The role serves as the primary operational and program management lead for the Master of Studies (MSL) program. The Academic Program Specialist III is responsible for planning, directing and managing core operational functions of the MSL program, including student services, recruitment, admissions operations, and enrollment management. Working in close partnership with the Assistant Dean for Online and Graduate Programs and Students, this role exercises a high level of independent judgement and discretion in the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of strategies that support program innovation and growth initiatives, operational effectiveness, and student success. The Academic Program Specialist III provides day-day leadership of program operations focusing on student services and processes, designing, refining, and sustaining scalable processes, systems, and procedures that support a high-quality student-centered experience across all program locations. This position is expected to operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability and is expected to develop and implement, evaluate and continuously improve program processes and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness to ensure the program hits program growth goals. This position will provide end to end oversight and ensure a smooth transition for all students across their educational journeys.
