In conjunction with the Program Director, this role is responsible for the administration of the program to ensure continued accreditation through the management of documentation required by the ACGME, Specialty Boards and institution. The position involves front-line interaction with residents and faculty to address the daily operational needs of the program, provides coordination and support of resident recruitment activities, and preparation of rotation, monthly, and call schedules. This position requires the ability to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan. The age groups served include Neonates (0-4 weeks), Infant (1-12 months), Pediatrics (1-12 years), Adolescents (13-17 years), Adults (18-64 years), and Geriatrics (65 years and older).
