The Division of Academic Affairs is seeking an Administrative Analyst/Specialist to provide departmental administrative and technical support for resource management in the School of Arts & Sciences. This role involves assisting with budget estimates, projections, and monthly reconciliation, tracking budget and expenditures, interpreting and applying university policies, reconciling PCARD statements, and analyzing budgets with allocated FTES and SFR. The position also supports faculty awards, processes payroll adjustments, and monitors expenditures in PeopleSoft. Additionally, the role provides program support by processing access forms for new employees, communicating with faculty on fund coding, supporting faculty in various activities, handling interpersonal interactions, writing reports, managing high volumes of calls and visitors, leading student workers, administering projects, and processing faculty travel paperwork. A key responsibility includes creating and maintaining the class schedule using the PeopleSoft Student Module and submitting faculty reassigned time for Dean’s approval.
