Academic Responsibilities (60%)

Serve as a core faculty member responsible for the supervision, teaching, and mentorship of 16 Family Medicine residents.
Provide direct clinical supervision of residents in outpatient (and when applicable, inpatient) settings, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.
Deliver structured and informal teaching, including didactic lectures, case reviews, and clinical precepting.
Provide ongoing feedback and complete formal evaluations to support resident growth and competency development.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes professionalism, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

Clinical Expectations (40%)

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services across the lifespan, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
Deliver evidence-based care that aligns with Evara Health’s quality standards and clinical protocols.
Build and maintain strong patient relationships within the Pinellas County community, with a focus on underserved populations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and care management.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation within the electronic health record.
Participate in team-based care initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and care coordination activities.
Support organizational goals related to patient outcomes, access, and patient experience.

Requirements

• Graduation from Accredited Medical School
• Active/Clear Florida Medical License
• Board Certified
