This position provides expertise to the largest community college in the Minnesota State system in various areas of academic planning, serves as an authority on, and exercises leadership in, evaluating course planning for compliance with organizational standards and system policy, and supports the implementation of all curriculum matters associated with the Academic Affairs & Standards Council (AASC). This role develops analytical resources to support institutional effectiveness and uses said resources directly as an analyst as well as to provide administration with analytical resources to guide planning. This position oversees organization-wide management of all academic spaces and their utilization. This position works extensively with Academic Affairs data, including ensuring data integrity. This position will actively advance the college’s strategic goals, including to achieve equity in educational outcomes and to support a culturally responsive and service-oriented culture, through individual and departmental efforts.
