About The Position
Desert Valley Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Hospitalist / Medical Director to join our growing team. This unique leadership opportunity combines inpatient clinical care, resident education, and administrative oversight. The ideal candidate will be passionate about academic medicine, committed to quality patient care, and excited to help shape the future of our Internal Medicine Residency Program while providing leadership as Medical Director. Desert Valley in Victorville, CA, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Hospitalist Physician to join our team as a Core Faculty member. This unique role combines patient care with the rewarding opportunity to educate and mentor the next generation of physicians.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Valid California medical license or ability to obtain one
- Strong commitment to resident education and academic excellence
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Preferably okay doing procedures but not required.
