The University of Louisville School of Medicine's Division of Cardiovascular Medicine with UofL Health seeks a board-certified/eligible electrophysiologist to join its expanding program. The ideal candidate will be an academically oriented clinician who excels in both patient care and teaching of house staff and fellows with a strong interest in clinical or translational research. A competitive annual salary plus potential productivity bonus is offered in addition to a robust recruitment package. Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible electrophysiologist
- Academically oriented clinician
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
- Board certification in cardiology
- Eligibility for licensure in Kentucky
- Qualify for a faculty position of Assistant Professor or higher
- Epic EMR experience is preferred
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills
- Physician license for the state of Kentucky
- ACLS/BLS Certification

Responsibilities
- Clinical interests in consultative and outpatient EP care
- Expertise in all aspects of clinical cardiac electrophysiology, including implantable devices, mapping, and complex ablations
- Collaborative research with state-of-the-art facilities at the Institute of Molecular Cardiology
- Establish an academic portfolio and an area of expertise
- Fellow and resident education
