About The Position

The Academic Dean for High School is responsible for overseeing academic programs within the school district. This role involves ensuring community participation in educational programs, developing and administering programs for students and adults, maintaining record-keeping procedures, managing institutional or program budgets, and reviewing programs for compliance with standards. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in school board administration. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, possess strong attention to detail, be adaptable to fast-paced environments and tight deadlines, and demonstrate client focus, excellent communication skills, initiative, sound judgment, organization, and teamwork.
