Screening interviews are happening now with onboarding sessions scheduled for July. What We're Looking For: Academic Coaches who can support High School students in a range of STEM subjects, including: Advanced Coursework: AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Calculus BC, Geometry. Test Prep (Preferred): ACT, SAT, ISEE. The Academic Coach Experience: Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours. All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home. A highly supportive and collaborative team environment. Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches. W-2 employment status.
Requirements
- Attending or graduated from a 4-year university.
- Available 15+ hours per week.
- Available at least 4 hours on Sundays.
- Ability to explain academic content clearly and engagingly.
- Enjoy building relationships and helping students gain confidence.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ACT, SAT, ISEE test preparation.
Responsibilities
- Support High School students in a range of STEM subjects, including AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Calculus BC, and Geometry.
- Provide test preparation for ACT, SAT, and ISEE (preferred).
- Conduct 1-on-1 sessions in private offices at the facility.
- Engage students in a clear and engaging manner.
- Build relationships with students and help them gain confidence.
