The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is seeking an Academic Advisor to help students plan their course work toward certificate or degree completion, assess their personal strengths and limitations, learn academic success strategies, explore careers, declare a major, learn to navigate the educational system, benefit from campus and community resources, and connect to campus life. The Academic Advisor works with students to implement a personalized success plan and identify available resources and take corrective actions essential for academic success. This role will also assist students with graduation audits, Residency appeals, Unusual Enrollment, and Credit Overload requests. Positions may function within a hybrid or remote model and operate from various CSN sites within the Charleston service region.
