The ideal candidate must have previous aircraft loadmaster experience with a minimum of 2,500 flying hours in heavy cargo airplanes. This role requires a demonstrated working knowledge of inspecting and documenting hazardous materials for air shipment, providing certification, and proven expertise in weight and balance. The Loadmaster must be able to work effectively in an unsupervised environment, lift 70 pounds, travel on company airplanes, and withstand outdoor/adverse working conditions (e.g., noise, fumes, extreme temperatures). The position demands the ability to work within a team concept, maintain high personal and professional standards of performance and conduct, and perform extensive, worldwide travel on a random basis.
