About The Position

Responsible to accomplish the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS)
functions as required by CFR 121.373; Conduct thorough examinations,
surveillance, and analysis of the total maintenance system to ensure compliance
and effectiveness with company procedures and federal regulations; Perform
internal and external audits. Provide audit and analysis reports as required;
evaluate and oversee Airworthiness Directive and other applicable regulatory
compliance for Part 121 air carrier, identify hazards, potential regulatory
compliance and safety violations; provide support to the company Internal
Evaluation Department (IEP); detect and analyze trends of program weaknesses or
deficiencies; perform risk assessment and detailed root cause analysis to
include human factors; evaluate corrective action plans for effectiveness;
support Engineering and Maintenance Program functions to include the FAA
approved Reliability Program as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• A & P license
• 7 years work experience in maintenance of Part 121 or military aircraft (two year degree in Aircraft Technology related field may be used in place of two years' work experience)
• Working knowledge of Boeing manuals/ service bulletins / ABX AIR suite of Maintenance Manuals
• Working knowledge of CFR 121 and an understanding of FAA regulations

Nice To Haves

• CASS and/or CASE auditing and analysis experience
• Previous technical writing experience
• Knowledge and experience in risk assessment and root cause analysis
• Experience with MXI
