About The Position
Responsible for delivering academic lessons in English Language and GED reasoning through Language Arts and Social Studies. The instructor provides group and individual instruction to adult language learners and youth participants earning their High School Equivalency certificates. Classes will be delivered remotely through online platforms and/or in-person.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English or other related field
- Two years of experience teaching adult language learners
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for day-to-day job performance
Nice To Haves
- Valid Michigan Secondary Teaching Certificate
