We are seeking exceptional ABAP engineers to build the AI layer for operating complex IT setups. This role extends beyond traditional ABAP, involving full-stack development, designing AI harnesses and agents, influencing product direction, and engaging with customers. Conduct aims to simplify IT operations by enabling teams to collaborate with AI agents for tasks like fit-gap analyses, hypercare support, deciphering business processes, and writing ABAP. Requirements

5+ years of hands-on ABAP and SAP development experience (technical consultant, ABAP developer, solutions architect, or similar).
Deep understanding of ABAP, including implementation and runtime details.
Knowledge of SAP system structure: data models, BAPIs, IDocs, function modules, enhancement frameworks.
Experience within or alongside large SAP implementations and migrations, understanding associated complexities.
Eagerness to work beyond ABAP, including AI agents, backend and frontend development, and infrastructure.
Strong, pragmatic engineering instincts.
Commitment to writing production-ready code at enterprise scale.
