About The Position

Double Care ABA is seeking an experienced ABA professional to train, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring quality care and strong collaboration with BCBAs. This is a full-time, remote position with a pay rate of $22-$25 per hour. The schedule is 9 am to 5 pm. Candidates must be located in NJ.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5+ years of experience in ABA as a Behavior Technician/RBT
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Training or supervisory experience preferred
• RBT certification or higher

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new BTs
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Ensure ABA programs are implemented with fidelity
• Support teamwork between BTs and BCBAs
