About The Position

We are building a dedicated team of ABA professionals who want more than just hours — they want growth, structure, and real clinical impact. You’ll work with toddlers (ages 2–3) in early intervention, delivering high-quality, play-based ABA services in either center-based group settings (with 1:1 support) or home-based sessions. We offer consistent, reliable hours with bi-weekly payments, a structured work environment, real training, strong clinical support, and a clear career growth path towards Lead Therapist and BCBA. Our cases are early intervention (ages 2–3) where progress is real, visible, and meaningful. You will work alongside OT, PT, SLP in a professional, no-drama culture. Perform well to increase hours quickly. We are an early intervention agency that provides support and services to infants and young children who may have developmental delays or disabilities. Our goal is to identify and address potential challenges early on, helping children reach their developmental milestones and improve their overall quality of life. Services include therapy, education, and guidance for both the child and their family. We collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to create an individualized plan tailored to the child's needs. Early intervention can have a significant positive impact on a child's future growth and development.
